Beef Fried Rice

I have left over rice that I need to cook. Since I also have beef in the fridge, I decided to mix all of them up with some of my homemade sambal.
Ingredients:
1 cup bite size beef
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup cilantro
1 tablespoon homemade sambal (blend of red hot chilli, lemongrass, garlic and onion)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon dark thick soy sauce
3 tablespoon olive oil

Method:
In a hot skillet or wok, heat olive oil, homemade sambal, and beef. Once the beef is cook, add in cooked rice, soy sauce and dark soy sauce. Mix well.
Then add lettuce and cilantro. Heat through. Serve warm.
