Fried Spaghetti

Sorry for the bad photograph. This is the only picture I had of the fried spaghetti. We had spaghetti a day before. The left over spaghetti, I fried it asian style.

The kids were hungry after swimming at Anita's swimming pool. I had to cook the left over spaghetti before it went bad.
Ingredients:
1 plate of left over cooked spaghetti noodle.
1 tablespoon blended red chillis.
1 cup dried anchovies (blended).
1 medium size yellow onion (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
2 cups green leaves
2 sticks carrots (julienned)
Everyone was enjoying the spaghetti. We were at the National Museum in London. Honey was helping my sister zip up the baby's jacket.
Shopping at Windsor.

Method:
In a big pan, fry onion, garlic, anchovies, and blended red chilli with cooking oil. Stir for a minute. Then add carrots. Mix well. Add spaghetti. Stir well. Then add oyster sauce and soy sauce. Lastly, add chopped green leaves. Serve warm with a cup of hot tea.
