Coriander Fried Beef

I love fried beef strips cooked by my auntie Habsah. Here is my recipe following the taste from her fried beef.

1/2 lbs chuck beef - pounded and slice it thin.
1 medium yellow onion.
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon powdered tumeric
1 teaspoon powdered coriander
1 teaspoon powdered cumin
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 tablespoon oil to fry.

Method:
Rub all powdered ingredients and ground cinnamon on the beef. In frying pan, heat vegetable oil on medium. Add in onion and garlic. Then add beef. Salt to seasoned. Cook until beef is dry and the oil merge. Serve warm with basmathi rice.
