Crab in Coconut Milk (Lemak Ketam)



Ingredients:

Okra

Blue crab/ flower crab

10 Bird's eyes chillis

1/2 medium red onion

1 tablespoon chopped garlic

1 1/2 cup coconut milk

Curry powder

Tumeric powder

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon oil

Method: Heat oil in skillet. Sautee onion, garlic and chilli. Add crab and okra. After a minute add curry powder, tumeric, coconut milk and salt to taste. Covered and let the crab cook until the crab turn pinkish. Serve warm with rice.

  1. wah Zue. really makan party the whole weekend ya? funny tht u made this. yesterday i made ketam masak lemak cili padi. my 1st try ever so yesterday i 'termakan' too much both during lunch n dinner.
