Chicken Beets Quisadilla
I bought flour tortilla from Karns the other day. So, I've decided to have a simple quisadilla for my lunch today.
First, I smeared the tortilla flour with chicken salad ( mix chicken breast with some mayonaise). Then I lay the sliced beets. I then sprinkled it with sweetened coconut flakes.
Lastly, I sprinkled good amount of shredded cheese.
I covered the top with another layer of tortilla flour. I heat both sides on the pan for about 2 minutes each side or until the cheese melt.
