Roti Canai and Sambal Udang Pumpkin

This is pretty easy to make. With my left over pumpkin, I mashed it down and add a spoonful of the Sambal Udang for flavor. I also add salt and pepper for added taste. I had it as side dish to roti canai that I bought frozen from the Indian store nearby. I also had coffee for my drink. I foregt if I had this meal for breakfast or lunch.
