One of my favorite dessert is this kuih seri muka, in direct translation would be "sweet face". This dessert is very sweet. The bottom part is made of sweet rice and the top part is just flour mixed with egg and coconut milk.
For the top part, I am using one cup of pancake mixed flour and 1/2 teaspoon of green pandan flavoring. I am also using splenda as substitute to sugar. Mix them in 2 cups of coconut milk and egg.
Pressed the cooked sweet rice to the bottom layer of the pan. Pour the green mixture onto the sweet rice and steam this cake for about 50 minutes. Delicious!
