Ramadan Day 2

The second day of ramadan gets better. I cooked pizza with not much for the toppings other than just, slices of fresh tomatoes and cheese.

Ramadam 2015 Day 25 - Pizza

I spent about two hours working in the garden this morning. There are so much weeds growing as tall as up to my waist. I had to use the hoe to chop the weeds down. I just lay the weeds on the ground. They will be a nice blanket for me to walk on. I picked the biggest turnip ever. It was as big as my face. It was a turnip from last year's seed. I gave the turnip to the neighbor gardener. She said she loves turnip. I harvested some broccoli and yellow beans. They are tasty cooked in shrimp broth.

Mr. Big called it a lazy to cook day as I was suggesting to have pizza for dinner. I sauté some meat and spread them on the cheese pizza.
Bake the pizza in the oven at 425 degree F for about 15 minutes.

Ramadan 2013 Day 14 - Pizza, Chips and Guacamole

The weather was nice today. Breezy...perfect to sit outside. I was thinking of cooking kue teow for break fasting, however, I don't have hot peppers. So, I decided to have cheese pizza instead.
I just baked the frozen pizza in the oven on 375 degree F for about 15 minutes. To add side for this dinner is the tortilla chips with guacamole. The guacamole is just a mashed avocado mix with onion, salt and pepper. Delicious!

Tempeh Egg Roll and BBQ Chicken Pizza

Breaking fasting tonight was tempeh egg roll and bbq chicken pizza on a thin crust pizza dough. I am using egg roll skin that I bought from Giant. Firstly, saute the cabbage and let it cool. Then I squeeze as much water out of the cabbage. Mix in with the fried tempeh. I flavor the filling to this egg roll with spicy blend such as chili powder, onion, ground black pepper, salt and dried shrimp.
I am using ready to use pizza crust. I distribute evenly some onion, chopped bbq chicken and sauteed mushroom. Add a thin layer of spaghetti or marinara sauce. Add some mozarella cheese and bake in the oven for 8 minutes on 425 degree F.
Enjoy!

Apple Pizza

Super easy apple pizza.
Remove the skin from 5 red apples.
Remove the core and dice it small.
In a bog pot, heat up apple on medium high.

Will continue the rest of the instruction soon....

I am back...

Add 1/3 cup splenda.

Cook until apple is soft. Dash with some powdered cinnamon.

Turn the stove off.

I am using ready to use biscuit dough.
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin into a round shape.

Spread with smooth ricotta cheese. You could use cream cheese too.
Lastly add a big scoop of the cooked apple.

Bake in the oven at 350 degree for 15 minutes.

Delicious!
Honey doesn't like sweet pizza. So I have to freeze the rest of the pizza and take to work one at a time. I just heated it in the microwave for 30 second.
