I love squid. If I dine at the chinese restaurant, I will get some of the fried squid. Tonight, I am cooking the squid head in soy sauce. The body part of thye squid is going to be cooked differently. I didn't have the time to cook the body part yet. So stay tuned.
Ingredients:
2 cups squid head
5 cloves
2 star anise
3 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon chopped hot pepper
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
3 shallots
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tomatoes
3 tablespoon olive oil
Method:
In a medium pot, heat olive oil.
Saute the onion, garlic, cloves and star anise.
Add hot pepper.
Add oyster sauce.
Add soy sauce.
Add squid.
Add chopped tomato.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Serve warm.

ReplyDeleteGert, tak sempat nak masak dia semalam. Masak kepala sotong taking time to prepare. Today I masak badan dia buat sumbat pulut.
