This is a simple nasi kerabu (Rice Salad) without the blue rice. Instead I am using a regular white rice. I am also missing the battered fried fish and roasted beef. Anyway, here I am using a mixture of asparagus string beans that I chop them small, cucumber, daun kesum and bean sprouts.
I also add solok lada to this meal.
Budu soup :
Cook coconut milk with hot peppers, onion, ginger, and lemon grass.
Add 1 teaspoon budu sauce.
Cook until thickened.
My next project is to find the bunga telang to color the rice blue.
