String Beans and Homegrown Tomato
Breakfasting dinner is interesting today. Honey bought 2 types of potato salad. Although I had just harvested some potato in my garden, I do not have the time to chill my potato salad. So, honey had to buy ready to eat potato salad. He bought one tub of dutch potato salad which is very sweet to my taste. The other kind is the chunky baked potato salad. To go with this potato salad, I cook string beans saute with butter, salt and ground black pepper. Before turning off the stove, I add the diced fresh homegrown tomato.
