I love banana split. The warm hot fudge and the cherry on top of the whipped cream with ripe banana to the side was just too mouth watering to describe it here.
In this hot summer time, it is just perfect to sit under the porch and swing the feet off the ground while savoring a big bowl of banana split. Although we know that someone out there is suffering from the pain of ovarian cancer.
Today, I am creating the simplest banana split ever. I am using napolean chocolate covered ice cream. Drizzle the ice and banana with hot fudge. Then top it off with whipped cream and cherry.
