I went to the Friday farmer's market near to my house after work today. I was fascinated with these eggplants. All 6 eggplants as in the picture above cost me only two bucks. They are the white eggplant, the striped Calliope Eggplants and a long eggplants.I have not decided for the recipe but I am craving for a simple asian sambal terung (Hot and spicy sauce on a grilled eggplant. I might try that recipe on the long eggplant first.
