Sweet potato and apple
This is a simple recipe I cook for my breakfast. I added fried egg for side dish. It is also great to eat it with slice of toast and butter.
First, I skinned off the sweet potato. Then I slice it thin. I microwave it for 2 minutes. This is to quicken the cooking process. In hot skillet, I sauteed onion and apple that I have cored and slice it the same size as the sweet potato. I left the apple skin on. I used just 1 tablespoon butter for this. After 3 minutes cooking the apple and onion, I added the sweet potato. Then I seasoned it with 2 dash of worchestershire sauce, 2 dash of apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and salt.
