This is my simple fish dish.
4 ikan selar kuning
1 tablespoon tumeric
1/2 tablespoon powdered ginger
2 cups water
3 tablespoon schechuan soy sauce(taucho)
Seasoned with salt
Method:
Wash the fish. Boil water and add all ingredients. Cook the fish on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Serve hot on rice.
